Thai-style steamed halibut collars and pine mushrooms over a rice noodle salad

Malaysian-style Dungeness crab and mushroom laksa

Chinese-style braised lamb with wild mushrooms – served over heirloom tomato rice

Egg custard tarts, red bean puree and chocolate turnovers, roasted coconut truffles
