Every August in the epicenter of the bounty from our gardens, we showcase the heights that vegetarian food can climb to. This dinner is a celebration of the harvest and one of our favourite events to cook for. We may tweak the menu closer to the date to take advantage of the best the valley has to offer – but that might only make it more fabulous. Even the heartiest carnivores have partaken in our past feasts and come away with an appreciation of the flavours and pure culinary pleasures we can conjure from the garden soil.


  • Mushroom flat bread with aged cheddar
  • tomato confit and olive rolls

Gazpacho soup with poached new garlic and truffle quinoa

Grilled corn salad with charred onion dressing, crispy tortilla and fresh salsa

Caramelized onion and cauliflower cannelloni (local wheat pasta) with tomato herb sauce and fresh Fairburn Farm buffalo mozzarella

Peach and basil tart with goats cheese ice cream and dulce de leche


$75/person (plus HST)
