Tsukemono – Fragrant Japanese pickles
– Grilled eggplant with ginger glaze
– Cucumber with seaweed, chilies and herbs
– Smoked Carrot and Sesame


Warm tomato stuffed with shiso and garlic bread pudding, green bean tempura
Fresh udon noodles with wild and cultivated mushrooms, Japanese greens, miso broth

Pressed sushi with roasted beets, carrots and burdock root served with kale gomae, soy-grilled green onions and a sauce of fresh wasabi and sweet peas

Red Bean custard, almond jelly, plum sorbet and sesame crisps
