Tradtional English Farmhouse Cooking – Dec. 18th

yule-log-cake

Join Bill Jones as he cooks traditional British holiday dishes using the best local produce. Bill worked in London with talented chefs like Antony Worrel-Thompson (Menage et Trois) and Anton Mosimann (The Savoy Hotel and Mosimanns) and has always loved the flavours of good English farm cooking. The dinner will feature local seafood, cheese and pasture raised beef made with our stash of porcini mushrooms harvested in the coastal forests. Bill’s Yorkshire Pudding is legendary and is based on duck fat and fresh rosemary from the farm. Dessert will be a spectacular Yule log to top off a delicious evening.
