Join us on September 20th for a dinner showcasing local wild mushrooms and the foods of the French Alps

Epogne aux Champignons (flatbread with creamed mushrooms and garlic)
Matafan aux Chanterelles (mashed potato pancakes with chanterelle sauce)

Terrine de Alpine (pork terrine with spices, cepes and onions)

Soupe de Bolets (mushroom soup with sour cream and herbs)

Ragout de Canard avec Gratin aux Crozets, Choux, Jambon et Champignon (Duck stew served with baked dumplings, cabbage, ham and mushrooms)

Tarte aux Pommes (apple tart with apple brandy served with honey ice cream)
