Mushroom Dinner – Piedmonte Region of Italy

Join us on October 18th for a dinner showcasing local wild mushrooms and the foods of the Piedmonte Region of Northern Italy.

Vegetarian Version of this menu is available

Pizza con funghi (grilled white pizza with porcini, truffle sauce and Grana Padano)
Carne all’Albese Crostini (seared raw beef with chanterelle, lemon, olive oil and parmesan)

Plates:
Salade di Tonno Coniglio (rabbit and wild mushrooms braised and then preserved in olive oil and lemon)

Cisra (chickpea soup with porcini, smoked pork, salami, garlic croutons)

Brasato al Barola (beef shank braised in red wine), served over wild mushroom polenta

Hazelnut Panna Cotta with salted chocolate sauce
