July 9th – BBQ with the Masters

Join us at the farm with special guest Don Genova of CBC and Pacific Palate fame. Don is well known for his passion for Canadian Foods and for his love of all things grilled. We will be breaking out our array of BBQ technology including a Memphis Pellet Smoker BBQ, various charcoal and gas models as well our Little Chief Smoker. Needless to say there will be more smoke than a Cheech and Chong movie on our deck.

$90/person (plus HST) 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

Island BBQ Menu:


  • Smoked Sockeye Salmon Bruschetta with Pinot Gris Verjus
  • BBQ Oysters with pureed asparagus and goats cheese

Grilled Beef Short Ribs with red wine glaze over soft truffled polenta

Spot Prawn Skewers with lemon garlic vinaigrette over an arugula and fava bean salad

Porchetta (Italian seasoned pork loin wrapped in pancetta) over grilled vegetable salad with Sicilian flavours

Local Strawberries roasted on a cedar plank with Venturi Shulzi Brandenburg no. 3 zabaglione and lavender shortcake.
