Dinner: The Amazing Seafood of BC


August 1oth, we will celebrate some of the amazing ocean products found in the waters surrounding Vancouver Island. Salmon, crab, tuna, spot prawns, seaweed and a few unusual treats will be on offer, paired with the bounty of local gardens and farms.

Dungeness Crab bisque with enoki mushrooms
Albacore Tuna Takaki-style with fresh wasabi and burdock root colesalw
Salad of grilled octopus, local green and yellow beans and peppers and a soy-mustard dressing
Spot Prawn, olives and heirloom tomato with Orzo Pasta and seaweed sauce
Planked Sockeye Salmon with a Big Leaf Maple and miso glaze served with garden vegetable sushi rice and a fresh pea, chili, pickled ginger and lime sauce
Warm Blueberry- Apple crumble with Lemon and Lavender Curd
