Oysters – love on the halfshell

This class is a workshop on all things oyster. We will explore local growers, oyster types, shucking skills, slurping and cooking skills. One of the best products from our local waters, oysters are a wonderful treat and reputed to be an aphrodisiac (note this class is a few days before Valentines – time to hone your shucking skills).
